摘要
基于对高校体育文化内在特质的研究,尝试从以文化人视域对高校体育文化的育人机理及育人过程中的薄弱环节进行探讨和分析.高校体育文化是以文化人的重要途径.高校体育文化的育人过程主要包括濡化、内化、外化三个层次,环环相扣.建议在育人过程中应提高思想认识,集全校合力上好大一新生的第一堂体育课,因地制宜,促进人物和谐,优化体育运动环境,建立多渠道立体化的体育文化传播模式.
Based on the study of the inherent characteristics of college sports culture,this paper attempts to explore and analyze the education mechanism and weak links in the process of education from the perspective of cultural people.College sports culture is an important way for cultural people.The education process of college sports culture mainly includes three levels:internalization,internalization and externalization.It is suggested that in the process of educating people,they should improve their ideological understanding,gather the whole school to take the first physical education class of freshmen,adapt to local conditions,promote character harmony,optimize sports environment,and establish a multi-channel three-dimensional sports culture transmission mode.
