摘要
马兰属菊科草本植物,在中国有着悠远的应用历史。试验采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,选用浓度直读法快速测定马兰中的4种阳离子,结果表明,马兰中铜含量为0.044 4 mg/kg,回收率为87.1%~101.8%,检出限为2.61×10^-4 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%,铜在0.002 8~200 mg/L内有良好线性关系;铅含量为0.004 28 mg/kg,回收率为88.1%~89.0%,检出限为1.0×10^-2 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%,铅在0.004~316 mg/L内有良好线性关系;钙含量为504 mg/kg,检出限为2.67×10^-4 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.97%,钙在0.08~2 000 mg/L内有良好线性关系;马兰中钾含量为2 816 mg/kg,检出限为4.2×10^-3 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%,钾在0.1~2 000 mg/L内有良好线性关系。
Malan, compositae herb, there was a long history of application in China. Malan was pretreated by microwave digestion. The concentrations of copper and lead were determined by concentration direct reading method. The results showed that the content of copper in Malan was 0.044 4 mg/kg, the recovery was 87.1%-101.8%, the detection limit was 2.61×10^-4 mg/L, RSD was 1.6%, the linear range of copper was 0.002 8-200 mg/L;The lead content in Malan was 0.004 28 mg/kg, the recovery was 88.1%-89.0%, the detection limit was 1.0×10^-2 mg/L, RSD was 1.6%, the linear range of copper was 0.004-316 mg/L;The calcium content was 504 mg/kg, the detection limit was 2.67×10^-4 mg/L, RSD was 0.97%, the linear range of copper was 0.08-2 000 mg/L;The potassium content was 2 816 mg/kg, the detection limit was 4.2×10^-3 mg/L, RSD was 1.2%, the linear range of copper was 0.1-2 000 mg/L.
