摘要
马兰属菊科草本植物,在中国有着悠远的应用历史。试验采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,选用浓度直读法快速测定马兰中的4种阳离子,结果表明,马兰中铜含量为0.044 4 mg/kg,回收率为87.1%~101.8%,检出限为2.61×10^-4 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%,铜在0.002 8~200 mg/L内有良好线性关系;铅含量为0.004 28 mg/kg,回收率为88.1%~89.0%,检出限为1.0×10^-2 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%,铅在0.004~316 mg/L内有良好线性关系;钙含量为504 mg/kg,检出限为2.67×10^-4 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.97%,钙在0.08~2 000 mg/L内有良好线性关系;马兰中钾含量为2 816 mg/kg,检出限为4.2×10^-3 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%,钾在0.1~2 000 mg/L内有良好线性关系。
Malan, compositae herb, there was a long history of application in China. Malan was pretreated by microwave digestion. The concentrations of copper and lead were determined by concentration direct reading method.
