摘要
针对《食品质量管理》课程教学中学习动机匮乏现象,基于问卷调查,分析影响学习动机的几方面因素,包括学生基本情况、章节内容的兴趣点、外在需求、教学方法等。结果表明,多方面因素对《食品质量管理》课程学习动机存在不同程度影响。生源地、对食品安全关心程度、对课程的求知欲等基本情况,以及学习兴趣点,未来工作需要,互动式教学方法如课堂汇报等对学习动机具有显著性的影响。提出对课程在教学内容、教学方法、案例分析和校企合作方面的教学改革启发和建议。
In view of the lack of learning motivation in the teaching of food quality management course, based on the questionnaire survey, several factors affecting learning motivation were analyzed, including the basic situation of students, interested area in a chapter, external demands, as well as teaching method. The results showed that many factors had different degrees of influence on learning motivation, while place of student source, concern about food safety, the thirst for knowledge in food quality management, interested area in a chapter, future job demands, and interactive teaching methods such as putting questions had significant influence on learning motivation. Based on the survey results, the inspiration and suggestion of teaching reform of this course in teaching content, teaching method, case analysis and school-enterprise cooperation were put forward.
