微波消解-比色法测定食品中的铝 被引量:6

Spectrophotometer Method for the Determination of Aluminum in Food Using Microwave Digestion

摘要 样品经微波消解后,铬天青S与铝离子反应产生蓝绿色胶束,通过分光光度法可测定样品中的铝的含量。该方法检出限为0.5 mg/kg,在0~5μg/25 mL范围内,线性相关性好,大于0.9990,RSD小于8%(n=6)。加标浓度在20~60 mg/kg范围内,回收率为95.5%~101.1%,与原方法比较,结果无明显差异,其精密度更高。该方法采用微波消解,简化了样品前处理方式,用塑料离心管代替玻璃比色管不仅缩短了试验前期准备时间,还降低了引入污染的概率,可用于含铝食品添加剂的食品的批量检验。 The experiment used microwave digestion in determination of aluminum.Trivalent aluminum ion in digestion sample solution with chromium azure-S formed a micelle with blue color.Detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg,and the complex absorbance was positively related with the content of aluminum in the solution,with a good linear in the concentration of 0-5μg/25 mL(r>0.9990),RSD wan less than 8%,and the recovery was between 95.5%and 101.1%.Compared with the GB code color method,the result had no remarkable difference,in which accuracy also surpassed the Chinese standard method.The method simplified sample pretreatment using microwave digestion,not only shortening the reparation time but also reducing the probability of introducing pollution by replacing glass comparison tube with plastic centrifugal tube.The method after optimization was steadier and easier to operation than the Chinese standard method.It was suitable for the detection aluminum content of bulk samples in food.
