摘要
伴随食品安全问题频发,强化消费者对食品安全的风险感知变得极为重要,这对于食品安全治理和重建消费者信心具有意义。以南京市消费者为例,采用问卷调查的方式获取样本数据,建立二元Logistic回归模型对影响消费者食品感知和购买意愿的相关因素进行分析。结果表明,消费者收入、对食品安全的评价及是否遭遇过食品安全事件对消费者恢复购买行为影响较为显著。基于实证分析结果对南京市食品安全问题提出相关建议。
It was very important to strengthen the consumer’s risk perception of food safety.It played an important role in controlling food safety and rebuilding consumer confidence.Based on the investigation from residents in Nanjing,the factors affecting the consumer’s risk perception and purchase intention through binary Logistic model were analyzed.The analysis showed that three factors were significantly related.They were consumers’income,evaluation of food safety and whether the consumers had encountered a food safety incident.Relevant suggestions on the development of food safety in Nanjing were provided.
