摘要
"振兴三大球"是体育大国迈向体育强国的重要举措,也是体育强国建设的重要使命,对实现体育强国梦具有积极的作用。气排球运动具有极强的健身性、娱乐性、教育性和群众性,作为排球运动的重要部分,凭借着较软的球质、适中的运动量、宽松的规则等特征受到了人们广泛的喜爱。从根本上来说,气排球运动推广,为引导学校体育教学改革奠定了基础,为践行全民健身战略提供了新的思路,为体育文化精神文明建设打造了新的平台,可以有效地解决排球运动教学中存在的一些问题,具有极强的推广意义。
Revitalizing the three balls is an important measure to become a sports power,and it is also an important mission for the construction of sports powers.It plays a positive role in realizing the dream of sports powers.Air volleyball holds the functions of strong fitness,entertainment,education and mass.As an important part of volleyball,air volleyball has been widely loved by people because of its soft quality,moderate amount of exercise,loose rules and so on.Fundamentally speaking,the promotion of air volleyball has laid the foundation for guiding the reform of physical education teaching in schools,provided a new way of thinking for the practice of national fitness strategy,and created a new platform for the construction of spiritual civilization of sports culture.It is of great significance to solve some problems in volleyball teaching effectively.
