摘要
在多轴数控加工职业技能等级证书培训及考核过程中,需要进行设备准备调试,数控系统后处理程序优化,工件加工精度提升,培训过程组织管理和课程优化改革,通过改造设备,修改后处理程序等来保证考试顺利进行.对考试评价标准和成绩进行了分析,提出应通过严格要求加工精度,正确分析和处理尺寸公差,优化加工工艺和准确选用刀具,进行课程改革等,来进一步满足多轴数控加工职业技能等级证书的考核要求.
In the process of multi-axis CNC training,there occur problems in equipment preparation and debugging,CNC system post-processing program optimization,improvement of workpiece processing accuracy,training process organization and management and serial course optimization reforms.So,through transformation or improvement of equipment and criteria of evaluation,an examinee may meet the requirements of multi-axis CNC machining vocational training and achieve the certification.
