摘要
滨州市南海水库是滨州市区经济建设和城市居民饮水的水源地。随着城镇规模的不断扩大,人口急剧增加,原水库供水厂已不能满足社会需求。为此,本文详细介绍了南海水库现状,分析了续建扩建工程的合理性和水源的可靠性,评价了水厂扩建对区域水资源、农业引黄灌溉、水生态等方面的影响,论证了扩建水库供水厂是保障城市水安全、完善城市水利基础设施的重要措施。续建工程实施后,可扩大供水区域,保障城市水安全,为地方经济发展提供水安全保障。
Nahai Reservoir in Binzhou is the main water source for economic construction and drinking water for urban residents in Binzhou.With the continuous expansion of cities and towns and the sharp increase of population,the original water supply plant can no longer meet the needs of the society.Therefore,this paper introduces the current situation of Nanhai Reservoir in detail,analyzes the rationality of the extension project and the reliability of water sources,evaluates the impact of water supply plant expansion on regional water resources,agricultural diversion irrigation form the Yellow River water ecology and other aspects,and demonstrates that water plant expansion is an important measure to ensure urban water safety and improve urban water infrastructure.After the implementation of the continuation project,the water supply area can be expanded to ensure urban water safety and provide water safety guarantee for local economic development.
