摘要
偏远地区大部分没有公网,水文数据传输主要采用北斗卫星方式,目前北斗卫星水利上仅采用短报文协议来进行水文数据的传输,对于视频图像视频传输无能为力。为此采用水利卫星通信的技术手段解决通信问题,尝试将水利卫星小站与水文自动测报终端互联、实现信道自由切换,构建一套基于卫星通信的水情遥测通信系统,以解决偏远地区的水文数据以及视频图像传输问题。
most remote areas have no public network,and the hydrological data transmission mainly adopts Beidou satellite mode.At present,Beidou satellite only uses short message protocol for hydrological data transmission in water conservancy,which is unable to do anything for video image video transmission.Therefore,the technical means of water satellite communication is adopted to solve the communication problem,In order to solve the problem of hydrological data and video image transmission in remote areas,a set of telemetry communication system based on satellite communication is constructed by connecting the water satellite station with the hydrological automatic measurement and reporting terminal and realizing the free channel switching.
