摘要
中医在肿瘤疾病的诊治方面具有独特的认识与方法。从痰瘀论治肿瘤早有记载,其与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,是重要的病因病机,但对痰瘀的具体机制与演化规律的认识尚未厘清。本文运用内容分析法与扎根理论两种质性分析方法,以既往发表的相关论文为分析资料,探讨痰瘀相关病因病机及其演变规律,结果提示痰瘀是不同肿瘤发生的基本病理基础与关键环节,毒是肿瘤疾病的特有病理因素,且与痰瘀密切相关。肿瘤的痰瘀毒相关假说已基本形成,但具体机制还有待进一步明确。
Traditional Chinese medicine is especially unique in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor disease understanding and methods.The treatment of tumors by phlegm and stasis has long been recorded,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors and is an important etiology and pathogenesis.However,the specific mechanism and evolutionary law of phlegm and stasis have not been clarified yet.This paper USES the method of grounded theory both qualitative analysis and the content analysis method,the related papers published in previous data for analysis,to explore related etiology and pathogenesis of phlegm and blood stasis and its evolution law,results suggest phlegm and blood stasis are different basic pathology of the tumor and the key link,the poison is unique tumor disease pathological factors,and closely related with phlegm and blood stasis.The hypothesis of phlegm,blood stasis and toxin related to tumor has been basically formed,but the specific mechanism remains to be further clarified.
