摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是发生于老年前期和老年期的中枢神经退行性病变,并伴有进行性认知功能障碍和行为损害。AD病程长,治疗费用高,对家庭及社会造成了较大的负担。针刺是治疗AD的有效方法之一,其作用机制尚不明确。近年来愈多研究表明针刺通过改善体内氧化应激水平治疗AD。因此,本文对近年来针刺调控AD氧化应激机制的相关研究进行分析和综述,为临床治疗提供参考。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system,which occurs in the early and old age,with progressive cognitive impairment and behavioral damage.AD has a long course and a large cost of treatment,which causes a greater burden on the family and society.Acupuncture is one of the effective methods to treat AD,and its mechanism is not clear.In recent years,more and more studies show that acupuncture can improve the level of oxidative stress in vivo to treat ad.Therefore,this paper analyzes and summarizes the related researches on the mechanism of acupuncture regulating oxidative stress in Alzheimer’s disease in recent years,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
