摘要
采用光学显微镜、板材成形试验机对汽车用HC340LA低合金高强钢板的力学性能及成形极限性能进行了测试。结果表明,HC340LA钢组织主要为铁素体加珠光体,具有非常高的屈强比。材料厚度对成形极限性能的影响较大,板料越厚,其成形极限性能越好。
The mechanical properties and forming limit properties of HC340LA low-alloy high-strength steel sheet for automobile were examined by optical microscope and sheet metal forming test machine. The results show that the HC340LA steel is mainly ferrite and pearlite,and it has a very high yield ratio. The sheet’s thickness has a great influence on the forming limit property, and the thicker the sheet is, the better the forming limit property is.
