摘要
高强钢Q890焊接过程中易出现裂纹、未熔合、焊接应力等问题。以液压支架用Q890高强钢板材为研究对象,对Q890进行机器人焊接、预热温度控制和斜Y坡口裂纹试验,并优化了Q890焊接工艺,总结出Q890高强钢焊接的工艺要点。试验结果表明,焊接热输入为16 kJ/cm时,高强钢Q890焊接接头具有最佳的综合力学性能。
Cracks, incomplete fusion and welding stress are easy to occur in the welding process of high strength steel Q890. Q890 high strength steel sheet for hydraulic support was taken as the research object. The robot welding of Q890,preheating temperature control and Y-groove crack experiment were carried out. The welding process of Q890 was optimized,and the key points of welding process for Q890 high strength steel were summarized. The experimental results show that when the welding heat input is 16 kJ/cm, the Q890 high strength steel welded joint has the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
