铝合金差厚板搅拌摩擦焊温度场及残余应力分析 被引量:5

Temperature Field and Residual Stress Analysis of Friction Stir Welding of Aluminum Alloy Blank with Different Thickness

摘要 根据搅拌摩擦焊特点,考虑米塞斯屈服准则以及搅拌针和轴肩产热,以厚度为2 mm和4 mm的差厚6061-T6铝合金板材为研究对象,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,通过建立热源模型,对搅拌摩擦焊温度场与残余应力进行模拟分析。研究结果表明:差厚板焊缝两侧温度场分布呈不对称椭圆状;差厚板残余应力主要表现形式是纵向残余应力,且在垂直焊缝方向上呈"M"形双峰分布,焊缝中心线附近区域的纵向残余应力是拉应力,并向母材边缘逐渐转化为压应力。 Based on the characteristics of friction stir welding,considering the Von Mises yield criterion and the heat generated by stir tool and shoulder,the 6061-T6 aluminum alloy sheet with different thickness of 2 mm and 4 mm was used as the research object.Based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the heat source model of friction welding was used to simulate the temperature field and residual stress of friction stir welding.The results show that the shape of temperature field at the two sides of the weld seam of thickness difference plate is asymmetric elliptical.The residual stress of the thickness difference plate is the longitudinal residual stress,and the distribution of residual stress is M-shaped bimodal distribution in the vertical weld direction.The longitudinal residual stress in the vicinity of the center line of the weld is tensile stress and gradually converts to compressive stress towards the edge of the base metal.
