摘要
随着国家生态文明建设不断深入,国家环保法律法规要求日趋严格,近年来有机氟化物带来的环境问题受到越来越多的关注,部分全氟类化合物已列入重点管控污染物清单禁止使用。本文主要阐述了针对不同类型油田化学剂中潜在有机氟化物类环境风险管控成分的标准化检测方法研究。作者创新引入超声提取法,统一了不同类型油田化学剂的预处理方式;采用超高压液相色谱-串联质谱检测手段,并基于提取特征离子法,建立了油田化学剂中重点管控污染物全氟辛酸及其盐类、全氟辛基磺酸及其盐类有机氟化物含量测定方法,旨在推动相关检测方法的行业标准的建立,为油田化学剂的质量控制与环境风险管控提供高效可靠依据。
With the deepening of national ecological civilization construction and the increasingly strict requirements of national environmental laws and regulations,the environmental problems caused by organic fluoride have received more and more attention in recent years.Some perfluorinated compounds have been included in the list of pollutants under key control and prohibited use.This paper mainly describes the research of the standardization detection method for potential organic fluoride environmental risk control components in different types of oilfield chemicals.It innovatively introduces the ultrasonic extraction method to unify the pretreatment methods of different types of oilfield chemicals.By means of ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry,it establishes the determination method of organic fluoride content in oilfield chemicals including perfluorooctanoic acid and its salts,perfluorooctane sulfonic acid and its salts based on extraction characteristic ion means.It is expected to promote the establishment of sectoral standards for relevant detection methods,which provides an efficient and reliable basis for the quality control and environmental risk control of oilfield chemicals.
