摘要
总结了当前云南省新材料行业标准化工作的现状,阐述了标准化工作从技术基础与重要纽带两方面取得一定成效。根据实际情况,梳理出标准化工作中存在未建立材料数据共享共用的体制机制、材料基因工程产业化应用的作用发挥不明显、材料基因工程高端研发人才团队有待加强三大问题,并对今后新材料行业标准化工作的发展提出了推动标准化与科研工作有机结合、建立材料数据共享共用的体制机制、加强专业化人才队伍建设保障三方面建议,从而加速制定重点标准、推动新材料技术赋能行业应用、充分发挥标新材料准化的标杆作用。
This paper summarizes the current status of standardization work in the new material industry in Yunnan province,and elaborates on the achievements made in standardization work in two aspects:technical foundation and important links.Based on the actual situation,three major issues have been identified in the standardization work:a lack of system and mechanism for material data sharing,the unclear role of the industrialization application of material genetic engineering,and the need to strengthen the high-end R&D talent team of material genetic engineering.It puts forward suggestions for the development of standardization work in the new material industry in the future,such as promoting the organic integration of standardization and scientific research work,establishing the system and mechanism for material data sharing,and strengthening the construction and guarantee of professional talent team,in order to accelerate the development of key standards,promote the application of new material technology to empower the industry,and fully leverage the exemplary role of new material standardization.
