摘要
数字经济时代的到来,数字化成为全球未来发展方向,标准已成为产业发展的“指南针”。我国高度重视标准化工作,积极推进人工智能、云计算、网络安全等数字技术标准的制定。本文分别从国际、区域和国家层面,对国际标准化组织(ISO)、国际电工委员会(IEC)、国际电信联盟(ITU)、欧洲、美国、英国及中国等标准化工作进行研究并归纳分析,为在数字经济时代下标准化发展提供参考。
With the advent of the digital economy era,digitalization has become the future development direction of the world,and standards have become the"compass"of industrial development.China attaches great importance to standardization work,and actively promotes the standards development for digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and network security.This paper studies and summarizes the standardization work of the International Organization for Standardization(ISO),the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC),the International Telecommunication Union(ITU),Europe,the United States,the United Kingdom and China at the international,regional and national levels.It provides reference for standardization development in the era of digital economy.
