摘要
压裂用暂堵剂能封堵已完成压裂的层位或裂缝,开启新的层位或裂缝,产生更多的油气渗流通道,已经成为一种提高产量的重要方式。目前现场已经开展了大量暂堵剂的应用,但在室内评价方面仍没有达成统一认识,给暂堵剂筛选带来较大困难。本文根据暂堵作业时暂堵剂紧密堆积充填形成高固相封堵层和暂堵分流技术原理,提出了高固液比(2:1)暂堵剂降解性能、大流量驱替暂堵上涨压力评价方法,能较好表征其性能,为暂堵剂优选提供了技术支撑。
The temporary plugging agent used for fracturing can seal the layer or crack that has completed the fracturing,open a new layer or crack,and generate more oil and gas seepage channels,which has become an important way to improve production.At present,a large number of applications of temporary plugging agent have been carried out on the spot,however,there is still no consensus on experiment evaluation that brings great difficulties to the screening of temporary plugging agent.In this paper,according to the technical principle of tight accumulation and filling of the temporary plugging agent during temporary plugging operation to form a high solid phase sealing layer and a temporary plugging shunt.The high solid-liquid ratio(2:1)temporary plugging agent degradation performance and high flow driving temporary plugging upward pressure evaluation method are proposed,which can better characterize its performance and provide technical support for the optimization of temporary plugging agent.
