摘要 随着电网建设的快速发展,我国的电网容量、设备和技术水平等都走在了世界前列,涌现出一大批配电设备厂家,但随着供货量的增加,产品质量参差不齐。为提高配供电的可靠性,有必要对配电开关的标准化设计进行研究。本文通过深入分析手车式开关柜、环网柜(箱)、箱式变电站、柱上隔离开关、熔断器等5类配电开关的标准化设计原则、典型方案,可以满足不同厂家设备通用互换使用,进一步提升配电开关设备运行可靠性、运维便利性和通用互换性,有效解决设备运行中的顽疾,并给出标准化配电开关推广应用成效,对预防配电网系统事故具有实际意义,同时为后期不断扩大标准化设备范围奠定基础。 With the rapid development of power grid construction,the power grid capacity,equipment and technical level in China are in the forefront around the world,and a large number of distribution equipment manufacturers have emerged.However,with the increase of supply,the product quality is uneven.In order to improve the reliability of distribution power supply,it is necessary to study the standardized design of distribution switches.Through in-depth analysis of the standardized design principles and typical schemes of five types of distribution switches,such as middle mounted switchgear,ring main cabinet(box),prefabricated substation,column disconnector and fuse,this paper can meet the general interchangeability of equipment from different manufacturers,further improve the operation reliability,operation and maintenance convenience and general interchangeability of distribution switchgear,and effectively solve the persistent problems in equipment operation.The promotion and application results of standardized distribution switches are given,which has practical significance for preventing distribution network system accidents,and lays a foundation for continuously expanding the scope of standardized equipment in the later stage.
