摘要
本文从基本信息、元素测定种类及范围、试剂及材料要求、设备要求、取制样要求、分析步骤、结果计算要求、精密度要求、试验报告要求9个方面,对YS/T 1262-2018《海绵钛、钛及钛合金化学分析方法多元素含量的测定电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》和ASTM E2371-13 Standard Test Method for Analysis of Titanium and Titanium Alloys by Direct Current Plasma and Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(Performance-Based Test Methodology)进行了比较解析。通过比较发现,两标准在内容上均有相互借鉴的地方,整体上ASTM E2371-13相对更为完善,可执行性更强;YS/T 1262-2018中有关标准储存溶液配制方法、检测结果有效位数保留的规定更加明确。两个标准均适用于海绵钛、钛及钛合金中化学成分的检测。
This paper compares and analyzes the basic information,the kinds and ranges of element determination,the requirements of reagent and material,the requirements of equipment,the requirements of sample preparation,the analysis procedures,the requirements of result calculation,the requirements of precision and the requirements of test report in YS/T 1262-2018,Method for chemical analysis of titanium sponge,titanium and titanium alloys—Determination of multielement content—Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy and ASTM E2371-13,Standard Test Method for Analysis of Titanium and Titanium Alloys by Direct Current Plasma and Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy(Performance-Based Test Methodology).It is found that the two standards have reference to each other in content.On the whole,ASTM E2371-13 is relatively more perfect and more executable,but the standard storage solution preparation methods and the retention of significant digits of test results are more explicit in YS/T 1262-2018.Both standards are applicable to the detection of chemical components in titanium sponge,titanium and titanium alloy.
