摘要
本文在研究分析北京城市总体规划要求和北京城市副中心智慧城市规划与建设现状的基础上,提出北京城市副中心智慧城市标准体系框架,梳理形成标准体系实施路线图,并指出标准研究与制修订的重点方向、实施路径及政策建议。
Based on the study and analysis of the smart city standards system at home and abroad,combined with the overall planning requirements of Beijing and the current situation of the planning and construction of a smart city,the framework and implementation route of smart city standards system based on Beijing urban sub-center are put forward,and the key direction,implementation way and related suggestions of standards research and revision are also pointed out.
