摘要
本文介绍了GF-1型管形消化道吻合器的结构与工作原理,实验证明吻合口可耐压4.5厘米汞柱而无渗漏。1979年11月至1980年4月共临床应用48例(食管胃吻合术4例,胃十二指肠吻合术17例,胃空肠吻合术9例,结直肠吻合术18例),术后均无吻合口漏、出血和狭窄等并发症,全部病例在术后7~12天时摄片检查缝钉均成型良好。
In cooperation with Shanghai 6th Surgical Instrument Factory,a tubular stapler for alimentary anastomosis has been devised and fabricated since August 1978.Experimental studies revealed that the anastomosis approximated by two rows of staples could tolerate an intraluminal pressure of 4.5 cm Hg without leakage and the optimal width of the gap between the plastic cartridge and the knife seat should be 2.0-2.5 mm for colorectal anastomosis and 1.5-2.0 mm for other parts of the alimentary tract.This stapler had been used clinically in 48 cases from November 1979 to April 1980.There were 4 esophago-gastrostomies,17 gastroduodenostomies,9 gastrojejunostomies and 18 colorectal anastomoses.No postoperative stomal complications such as leakage,bleeding or stricture occurred.This device facilitates anastomosis,especially the low lying colorcctal anasto-mosis situated deep in the pelvis.
