摘要
基于空间封闭矢量方法,针对齿轮支架相对实验舱以及基座相对核心舱的安装误差、对接环推出误差、主被动对接环环环间隙这4个环节的误差,建立了空间站转位机构转臂捕获基座之间的相对位置姿态误差模型。通过蒙特卡罗方法分析了误差,并给出误差范围及分布特性。分析结果可以给地面捕获连接试验和仿真验证工况的制定提供依据。
A method of the position and attitude capture error model between the rotating arm of the space station transfer mechanism and the base.The error model is about four error input:the installation error of the gear support relative to the experimental cabin and the base relative to the core cabin,the push-off error of the docking mechanism,the gap error between the active and passive docking ring.The error model is analyzed by Monte Carlo method,and the error range and error distribution characteristics are given.The analysis results can provide a basis for the formulation of capture connection ground test and simulation verification for space closed vector is proposed in this paper.
