摘要
为了适应运载火箭飞行试验的需求,控制火箭落区范围,实现火箭通过栅格舵来控制一子级落区的目标,给出了一种采用钛合金薄板拼焊而成的舵体结构。对栅格舵结构进行力学仿真分析,并展开试验验证,试验与仿真结果具有较好的一致性。
A rudder structure welded with titanium alloy sheets is provided to accommodate the requirements of launching vehicles,control the range of rocket drop zone,and realize the goal of controlling the drop zone of rocket through grid rudder. The grid rudder structure is analyzed by mechanical simulation,and tests are carried out to verify the results. It is shown that the results of simulation analysis and tests are consistent.
