摘要
"候鸟型"乡村教师现象业已成为乡村学校的一种新趋向。其中,对子女在乡村学校受教育可能导致其学业质量低下的担忧、对城市便捷美好生活方式的向往和城乡教学压力差异的规避等是产生这一现象的重要缘由。但长期两地奔波会使"候鸟型"教师在"迁徙"与"坚守"的摇摆中消磨教学热情,在"融入"与"孤立"的两难中产生角色认同冲突以及在"理想"与"现实"的张力落差中弱化幸福获得感。今天,使"候鸟型"乡村教师安心于乡村教育,需要从重塑教育愿景激发教学创造力、增强其乡村教育振兴和乡村文化传承创造者的角色认同、构建学习共同体促进专业发展以及多重保障并举以提升职业幸福感等多方位努力。
Migratory bird type rural teachers has become a new trend in rural schools. Concerns that children’s education in rural schools may lead to poor academic quality, longing for a convenient and beautiful lifestyle in cities, and avoiding differences in urban and rural teaching pressures are important reasons for this phenomenon. However, the long-term running between the two places will cause the migratory bird type rural teachers to pass away the teaching enthusiasm in the swing of migration and persistence. Meanwhile, there is a conflict of role identity in the dilemma of integration and isolation and weakening the sense of happiness in the tension gap between ideal and reality. The essential ways that improving the professional well-being of migratory bird type rural teachers would be taken from reshaping the vision of education, stimulating teaching creativity, and enhancing the role identity of rural cultural inheritance and rural education revitalization, building a learning community to promote professional development and so on.
