摘要
以辽宁岫岩高纯度菱镁矿为初始原料,采用水化碳酸化法制备前驱体重镁水(Mg(HCO3)2),并热解Mg(HCO3)2溶液制备三水碳酸镁晶须。运用XRD和图像分析仪考察Mg(HCO3)2溶液热分解温度,添加剂种类及用量对产物的物相组成及微观形貌的影响。研究发现:当Mg(HCO3)2溶液热分解温度为50℃,添加剂为十二烷基硫酸钠SDS且添加量为3.0g/L时,可获得平均粒径为3.0μm、长径比高达37、分散性良好的三水碳酸镁晶须;SDS对三水碳酸镁晶须的定向生长具有促进作用。研究成果有助于获取更高的产品附加值,对菱镁矿行业的绿色可持续发展具有促进作用。
The precursor magnesium solution(Mg(HCO3)2)was prepared through hydration and carbonization using high purity magnesite in Xiuyan,Liaoning province as the initial raw material,and nesquehonite was prepared by pyrolysis of magnesium solution.By using XRD and image analyzer,the effects of pyrolysis temperature of magnesite solution,additive type and addition amount on phase composition and microstructure of products were explored.The research find that nesquehonite whiskers with an average particle diameter of 3.0μm,an aspect ratio of 37,good dispersibility were prepared when the pyrolysis temperature of Mg(HCO3)2 solution was 50°C,the additive was SDS and the addition amount was 3.0 g/L;SDS shows a positive effect on the directional growth of nesquehonite.The research results help to obtain higher product added value and promote the green sustainable development of magnesite industry.
