摘要
利用粉末冶金法制备Ti3AlC2陶瓷,采用热压烧结法,研究不同的配料方法和保温时间对Ti3AlC2陶瓷的纯度和性能的影响,利用射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征所得陶瓷的物相组成和微观形貌,利用维氏硬度计检测所得陶瓷的硬度。实验结果表明,陶瓷粉体摩尔为TiC∶Ti∶Al=2∶1∶1的配料方法,保温时间为50min时制备的Ti3AlC2陶瓷纯度最高,利用公式计算可得Ti3AlC2质量分数为85. 4%,晶粒尺寸大小为5~8μm,尺度适中,试样的硬度较高,试样硬度值629. 6HV。
The Ti3AlC2 ceramics were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The sintering method was selected by hot pressing sintering method. The effects of different batching methods and holding time on the purity and properties of Ti3AlC2 ceramics were studied.Ray diffraction( XRD) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM) were used. The phase composition and microscopic morphology of the obtained ceramics were characterized,and the hardness of the obtained ceramics was measured using a Vickers hardness meter. The experimental results show that the Ti3AlC2 ceramics with the same powder molar ratio of TiC∶ Ti∶ Al = 2∶ 1∶ 1 have the highest purity when the holding time is 50 min. The mass fraction of Ti3AlC2 is 85. 4%. The grain size is 5 ~ 8μm, the scale is moderate, the hardness of the sample is high,and the hardness value of the sample is 629. 6 HV.
