摘要
利用冲击压路机的多边形冲击轮在位能落差与行驶动能相结合下对工作面进行静压、搓揉、冲击。其高振幅、低频率冲击碾压使工作面下深层土石的密度不断增加,受冲压土体逐渐接近于弹性状态,具有克服路基隐患的技术优势,与一般压路机相比,其压实土石的效率提高4倍以上。
The polygonal impact wheel of impact roller is used to carry out static pressure,rubbing and impact on the working face under the combination of in position energy drop and driving kinetic energy.Its high amplitude and low frequency impact rolling makes the density of deep soil and rock under the working face increase continuously,and the Rammed Soil gradually approaches to the elastic state.It has the technical advantage of overcoming the hidden danger of subgrade.Compared with the general roller,the efficiency of compaction of earth and rock is increased by more than 4 times.
