摘要
随着城市化进程的不断推进,施工场地狭小、地下室外墙紧贴基坑支护体系已成为困扰施工单位的常见问题,需要密贴防水及单侧支模的地下室墙体愈来愈多。由于建设单位对成本管控的收紧,基坑支护体系极少采用地下连续墙,多采用水泥土搅拌桩等成本低廉的支护方式,这为防水层质量管控提出了挑战。单侧支模通常采用定制钢模板,代价高昂,现场加工钢木混合模板成本更低且材料易周转,但混凝土成型质量管控困难。针对以上两点问题,本文以苏州某项目为例,介绍了地下室外墙密贴防水及钢木混合模板单侧支模施工工艺的应用要点。
With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the construction yard is smaller.The basement exterior wall is closely attached to the foundation pit system,which has become a common problem that plagues the construction company.There are more and more basement exterior wall that need closing waterproof and single-sided formwork.Due to the tightening of cost control by the investing party,the foundation pit system rarely uses the diaphragm wall,and the cement-soil mixing pile and other low-cost methods are used,which poses a challenge for the quality control of the waterproof.Single-sided formwork usually uses steel formwork,which is costly.The cost of steel-wood mixed formwork is cheap and the material is easy to turnaround,but the quality control of concrete forming is difficult.In view of the above two problems,this paper takes a project in Suzhou as an example to introduce the application points of the closing waterproof and steel-wood mixed single-sided formwork construction technology.
