摘要
目前对高支模的理论研究尚不成熟,对稳定性计算不够重视,加之施工不够规范,导致高支模模板变形过大甚至发生架体坍塌。基于武汉火车站地铁站高支模工程实例,对模板支撑系统进行了稳定性验算,对立杆轴力进行了监测并对监测数据加以分析,为设计方案的安全性提供了保证,并重点介绍了模板安装的顺序和技术要点。
At present,the theoretical research on high-supported formwork is not mature,the stability calculation is not paid enough attention,and the construction is not standard enough,which leads to the deformation of formwork is too large and even the collapse of the frame body.Based on the example of high formwork project of Wuhan railway station subway station,the stability of formwork support system is checked,the axial force of opposite pole is monitored,and the monitoring data is analyzed.This provides a guarantee for the safety of the design scheme,and emphatically introduces the order of formwork installation and the technical key points.
