摘要
在Ⅴ级、Ⅵ级围岩地段,暗挖隧道通常采用超前管棚加小导管的支护形式。当无工作室进行超前支护时,通常采用中管棚进行施工。本文通过对管棚打设角度等施工工艺方面的研究,阐述了改进的中管棚施工工艺技术要点。改进的施工工艺增加了管棚施工的便捷性,有效地保证了施工的安全性,为类似工程的施工提供一定的借鉴意义。
In grade V and grade VI surrounding rock sections,the tunnel is usually supported by advance pipe shed and small conduit.When there is no working room for advance support,the middle pipe shed is usually used for construction.Based on the research of construction technology such as the angle of pipe shed setting,etc,,this paper expounds the key points of improved construction technology of middle pipe shed.The improved construction technology increases the convenience of pipe shed construction,effectively ensures the safety of construction,and provides certain reference for the construction of similar projects.
