摘要
为促进建筑固废再生品在复合保温外挂墙板的应用,本文研究此类再生复合保温外挂墙板的适用技术,分析其饰面、保温、外墙、连接件、钢筋连接及安装等6种主要技术的工艺方案;从技术性能、经济成本以及环境成本3个角度,建立基于粒子群算法的多目标优化的再生复合保温外挂墙板集成技术评价模型,对选取15个可行组合方案进行实证分析,得出其最优组合方案为矿渣棉、EPS再生轻集料混凝土、短槽式、装饰砌块、钢筋桁架结构、钢筋套筒灌浆连接技术集成等方案。对墙板生产商进行实证调研,与模型计算结论相符。
In order to promote the application of building solid waste recycled materials in composite insulation wall panels,this paper studies the applicable technology of such recycled composite thermal insulation external wall panels,and analyzes six kinds of decorative,thermal insulation,exterior wall,connecting parts,steel connection and installation.The main technical process plan;from the three aspects of technical performance,economic cost and environmental cost,the multi-objective optimization based multi-objective optimization of the composite thermal insulation external wall panel integration technology evaluation model is established,and the empirical analysis of 15 feasible combination schemes is carried out.The optimal combination scheme is slag wool,EPS recycled light aggregate concrete,short trough,decorative block,reinforced truss structure,steel sleeve grouting connection technology integration and other programs.An empirical study of wallboard manufacturers is in line with the model calculations.
