摘要
上海市川沙中学迁建工程1,2号宿舍楼采用装配化设计和施工,应用了可拆卸铝模钢筋桁架楼承板施工工艺和技术,为国内首次在装配式钢筋混凝土工程中使用。本文系统介绍了可拆卸底模楼承板技术,详细阐述了可拆卸铝模楼承板技术方案特点,结合项目中出现的具体问题评价了此项施工技术的特点和关键技术。
The dormitory buildings in the relocation project of Shanghai Chuansha middle school adopt the assembling design and construction,and the construction process and technology of the floor bearing plate of the steel truss with removable aluminum formwork are applied,which is the first time to be used in the assembled reinforced concrete project in China.This paper systematically introduces the technology of floor bearing plate with removable bottom die,elaborates the technical scheme features of floor bearing plate with removable aluminum die,and evaluates the characteristics and key technologies of this construction technology in combination with the specific problems in the project.
