摘要
传统的Ⅳ,Ⅴ级围岩隧道掌子面开挖应急逃生采用安设应急逃生管道的方式。何家寨隧道围岩软弱围岩较多,现场作业难度较大,为保证隧道开挖作业安全,项目采用安全避险屋+逃生管道方式对传统应急逃生管道进行优化。安全避险屋主要利用大刚度小空间结构在外界冲击时变形小的特点制作的钢结构。通过在隧道掌子面增加安全避险屋与逃生管道相连接,加快紧急情况时现场人员撤离速度。安全避险屋具有移动操作简单、抗冲击能力强、成本低等特点,已经在何家寨隧道进行成功应用,后续内容主要从安全避险屋的设计、制作、现场应用情况及效益等方面进行说明。
TraditionalⅣ,Ⅴlevel constraints surrounding rock tunnel excavation emergency evacuation by setting emergency evacuation pipe.In order to ensure the safety of tunnel excavation,the project optimized the traditional emergency escape pipeline by means of safe shelter+escape pipeline.The safety house is mainly made of steel structure with large stiffness and small space structure,which has the characteristics of small deformation when the external impact.By adding a safety shelter in the tunnel palm and connecting with the escape pipeline,the evacuation speed of on-site personnel in case of emergency is accelerated.The safe house has the characteristics of simple mobile operation,strong impact resistance and low cost,and has been successfully applied in Hejiazhai tunnel.The following content mainly describes the design,production,on-site application and benefits of the safe house.
