摘要
以香格里拉—丽江高速公路上元村连拱隧道工程连拱隧道为例,从隧道断面设计、隧道结构和围岩的受力机理、关键工序的工法优化、爆破开挖的震动效应和施工关键技术等方面进行探讨,分析连拱隧道作业过程相互干扰出现的二次衬砌或仰拱裂纹现象,在作业过程中通过改变后行洞施工方法和施工顺序,减少或避免对已施工成型先行洞的扰动频次、扰动范围、扰动持续时间来有效控制先行洞普遍出现的二次衬砌和仰拱开裂现象,确保了无中导洞连拱隧道工程质量和安全施工。
Taking shangyuancun multi arch tunnel project of Shangrila-Lijiang Expressway as an example,this paper discusses the design of tunnel section,stress mechanism of tunnel structure and surrounding rock,construction method optimization of key procedures,vibration effect of blasting excavation and key construction technology,etc.,and analyzes the secondary lining or invert crack phenomenon caused by mutual interference in the operation process of multi arch tunnel Through changing the construction method and construction sequence of the later tunnel,reducing or avoiding the disturbance frequency,disturbance range and disturbance duration of the constructed leading tunnel,the secondary lining and invert cracking of the first tunnel are effectively controlled,thus ensuring the engineering quality and safety construction of the multi arch tunnel without middle pilot tunnel.
