摘要 结合服役环境特点、施工工艺要求,研究冻融环境C35海工混凝土配制与施工质量控制技术。试验研究原材料性能、水胶比、矿物掺合料种类与掺量、含气量等因素对混凝土耐久性的影响,最终确定工作性、力学性能和耐久性指标均满足要求的冻融环境C35海工混凝土。以集成大桥为例,对以耐久性为目标的施工控制方法做阐述。 The research of the preparation and construction technology of C35 marine concrete under freezing-thawing environment was carried out considering requirements of the environment and construction characteristics.The effects of raw material properties,water binder ratio,content and type of mineral admixtures and air content on concrete durability was studied,the mix proportion whose workability,mechanical property and durability satisfies C35 marine concrete under freezethaw environment was obtained.Taking the Jicheng bridge as an example,the construction methods for improving durability of bridge concrete in Freezing-Thawing marine environment was introduced.
