摘要
通过对东非某工程24,18mm和12mm壁厚的钢管桩沉桩规律分析,结合高应变全程动测结果,分析了不同壁厚钢管桩在强风化岩层的穿透能力结果,得出了以下结论:钢管桩端阻力趋于稳定时,24mm壁厚、18mm壁厚、12mm壁厚钢管桩进入强风化深度均值为5.0,3.7m和4.6m;而桩尖进入强风化岩层时,壁厚越小的钢管桩,其桩身应力越大;能量传递效率和桩身壁厚并无直接的影响关系;端阻力稳定时,不同壁厚钢管桩端阻力比刚进入持力层时,其值增加16.2~42.7。
Based on the analysis of the driving law of steel pipe piles with wall thickness of 24 mm,18 mm and 12 mm in a project in East Africa and the results of high strain dynamic measurement,the penetration capacity of steel pipe piles with different wall thickness in strongly weathered rock strata is analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:when the resistance at the end of steel pipe piles tends to be stable,steel pipe piles with wall thickness of 24 mm,18 mm and 12 mm enter.The mean values of strong weathering depth are 5.0 m,3.7 m and 4.6 m.When the pile tip enters the strong weathering stratum,the smaller the wall thickness,the greater the stress of the pile body;there is no direct relationship between the energy transfer efficiency and the wall thickness of the pile body;when the end resistance is stable,the resistance at the end of the steel pipe pile with different wall thickness increases by 16.2~42.7 compared with that when it just enters the bearing stratum.
