摘要
目前建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在建筑行业中逐步推广,在城市轨道交通工程的设计、施工阶段陆续开展应用。车站管线综合是车站建设过程中最为复杂的工作内容之一,也直接决定着整个车站建设乃至后期运维的综合质量。介绍了在城市轨道交通工程项目从设计到施工的建设过程中开展BIM管线综合工作的应用方法与实践。在介绍BIM技术理念及特点的基础上,分析研究了BIM管线综合在建设不同阶段内容与流程,并通过实际项目案例总结工程实际中具体问题。
Building information modeling(BIM)technology has been gradually promoted in the construction industry,and has been gradually applied in the design and construction phase of urban rail transit projects.Station pipeline integration is one of the most complex tasks in the construction of the station,and it also directly determines the overall quality of the entire station construction and later operation and maintenance.Introduces the application method and practice of BIM pipeline integrated work in the construction process of urban rail transit project from design to construction.Based on the introduction of BIM technology concepts and characteristics,the content and process of BIM pipeline integration at different stages of construction were analyzed and analyzed.Specific problems in the actual project were summarized through actual project cases.
