摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了不同锆掺杂量的TiO_(2)催化剂,考察了煅烧温度对催化剂结构和性能的影响.结果表明,在Zr/Ti=0.2,焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间3 h的条件下,制备的550℃-20%ZrO_(2)-TiO_(2)催化活性最好.以头孢曲松钠模拟制药废水,当头孢曲松钠浓度20 mg/L,催化剂浓度为1.0 g/L,300 W氙灯照射180 min后,该催化剂对头孢曲松钠的降解率为61.5%.
TiO_(2)catalysts with different zirconium doping amounts were synthesized by sol-gel method.The influence of calcination temperature on the structure and performance of catalysts was investigated.The results showed that the catalytic activity of 550℃-20%ZrO_(2)-TiO_(2)was the best.Ceftriaxone sodium was used to simulate pharmaceutical wastewater.When ceftriaxone sodium concentration was 20 mg/L,the catalyst concentration was 1.0 g/L,and the catalyst was irradiated by 300W xenon lamp for 180min,the degradation rate of ceftriaxone sodium was 61.5%.
