摘要
通过将钢铁厂的各种含铁尘泥利用碳酸化制成球团,并将其用作转炉炼钢的冷却剂和化渣剂,实现了尘泥利用,减少了CO_(2)的排放,节约了造渣剂石灰和冷却剂废钢,又可助于转炉脱磷。从碱度、孔隙度、w(FeO)三方面分析可知转炉采用碳酸化球团脱磷切实可行。
The iron bearing dust in steel plant is carbonated into pellets,which can realize the utilization of dust and reduce the emission of CO_(2).Carbonated pellets can be used in converter as cooling agent and slagging agent,which can save slagging agent(lime)and cooling steel(scrap),and also contribute to dephosphorization of converter.The analysis of basicity,porosity and FeO content shows that it is feasible to dephosphorize converter with carbonated pellets.
