Effect of Al_(2)O_(3)on Properties of Pellets

摘要 通过对Al_(2)O_(3)焙烧后的球团进行孔隙率、抗压强度的测定,并分析球团的矿相显微结构及物相组成;对球团进行还原膨胀、还原性的试验,分析球团还原后的表面微观结构及金属铁的析出形貌,从而探究Al_(2)O_(3)含量对球团矿性能的影响。研究结果:随着Al_(2)O_(3)配比增加,生球性能、抗压强度、还原膨胀率和还原度均呈先升高后降低的趋势,而球团孔隙率呈现先降低后升高的趋势。 The porosity and compressive strength of Al_(2)O_(3)calcined pellets were measured,and the mineral phase microstructure and phase composition of pellets were analyzed.The reduction expansion and reducibility of pellets were tested,and the surface microstructure and precipitation morphology of metal iron after pellet reduction were analyzed,so as to explore the effect of Al_(2)O_(3)content on the properties of pellets.The results shows that with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)ratio,the green ball properties,compressive strength,reduction expansion rate and reduction degree increased first and then decreased,while the pellet porosity decreased first and then increased.
