摘要
为丰富宣钢热轧直条带肋钢筋的产品规格,提高螺纹钢产品的市场竞争力,对宣钢Φ36 mm、Φ40 mm大规格螺纹钢的开发生产过程进行介绍。钢坯采用V(钒)微合金化的冶炼工艺,以保证钢材最终的力学性能指标;在保证孔型共用性的基础上进行了孔型系统设计,精轧采用平椭圆-螺纹的孔型系统,以确保横肋充满,料型更加稳定。产品开发获得了一次性成功,成品几何尺寸、表面质量、力学性能等均符合标准要求。
In order to enrich the product specifications of hot-rolled straight ribbed bars of Xuanhua Steel Co.,and improve the market competitiveness of rebar products,this paper introduced the development and production ofΦ36 mm、Φ40 mm ribbed bars in Xuanhua Steel.The billet take the V(Vanadium)microalloying process to ensure the final mechanical property.The pass design is did on the basis of ensuring commonality.The finish rolling takes the pass of flat ellipse to round to ensure transverse rib can be full.The size can be more stable.The development success one time,the size,the surface quality and the mechanical property meet the standard requirements.
