摘要
本研究分别以30 mmol/L、90 mmol/L、150 mmol/L的NaCl和NaHCO_(3)溶液模拟盐碱胁迫对绿洲1号芦竹生长的影响。结果表明:随着胁迫溶液浓度的增加,株高生长量整体呈下降趋势;当胁迫溶液浓度为30mmol/L时,绿洲1号芦竹叶片相对含水量较对照无显著下降,当浓度达到150mmol/L时开始发生生理干旱。
In this study,NaCl and NaHCO_(3)solutions of 30 mmol/L,90 mmol/L and 150 mmol/L were used to simulate the effects of saline-alkali stress on the growth of Arundo donax cv lvzhou No.1.The results showed that with the increase of the stress solution concentration,the overall plant height growth showed a downward trend;when the stress solution concentration was 30 mmol/L,the relative water content of the leaves of Arundo donax cv lvzhou No.1 was not significantly lower than the control,and when the concentration reached 150 mmol/L,physiological drought began to occur.
