摘要
目前国内玉米收割机摘穗形式有卧式割台摘穗和立式割台摘穗两种形式,立式割台在摘穗过程中以其物料输送的流畅性,不同性状作物的适应性,茎秆的切碎效果及揉搓性能深得农机大户和养殖大户的认可。由于立式割台发展成熟比较晚,用户对机器了解少,在使用过程中,经常出现不知道怎样调整的现象。为此,简单介绍了玉米收割机立式割台的基本结构和正确使用调整方法。
At present,there are two forms of ear picking in domestic corn harvesters:horizontal cutting platform picking and vertical cutting platform picking.In the process of ear picking,the vertical header has been recognized by the mass farmers for its smooth material transportation,adaptability of crops with different characters,chopping effect and kneading performance of stems.Due to the relatively late development of vertical cutting platforms,users know less about the machine and often do not know how to adjust during the operation process.For this reason,the basic structure of vertical header of corn harvester and the correct adjustment method are introduced.
