摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱仪测定艾片中左旋龙脑含量。方法:采用HPLC-RID法测定艾片中左旋龙脑含量,色谱条件:色谱柱:依利特C18柱;检测器:示差检测器;柱温:40℃;检测温度:35℃;流动相:甲醇或乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(65∶35);流速:1.0 mL/min。结果:左旋龙脑溶液在0.207~1.554 mg/mL范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=78694X+3011.5(R=0.9992,n=7),平均添加回收率为101.01%(RSD=1.02%),精密度RSD为1.14%,稳定性RSD为0.60%,结论:该方法灵敏度高,简便、快捷、有效,具有较好的精密度和重现性,可用于艾片艾片中左旋龙脑含量。
Objective:To determine the content of levorneborneol(L-Borneol)in Natural Borneol by HPLC.Methods:HPLC-RID method was used to determine the content of levornol in Natural Borneol.The HPLC chromatographic conditions included Hypersil C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),65%methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid solution at the flow rate 1.0 mL/min of the mobile phase,the column temperature was controlled at 40℃and refractive index detector(RID)was used.Results:The linear ranges of L-Borneol was 0.207~1.554 mg/mL.The regression equation are Y=78694 X+3011.5(R=0.9992,n=7).The average recovery rate(n=6)of L-Borneolvwas 101.01%(RSD=1.02%).Conclusion:The HPLC-RID method is precise,reproducible and stable,which can be applied in the quality control of Natural Borneol.
