2,2-二甲基丁烷的吸附回收及吸附剂再生研究

摘要 2,2-二甲基丁烷既是一种有害的挥发性有机物,也是一种重要的添加剂,具有回收利用的经济价值,基于静态吸附试验装置,利用M-13X分子筛吸附2,2-二甲基丁烷,对比研究了三种回收方法对饱和吸附剂中2,2-二甲基丁烷的回收效率,效果最好的方法是醇洗+烘干法;以吸附剂再生后的吸附效果和寿命为判断依据,研究了醇洗+烘干法对吸附剂的影响,为回收2,2-二甲基丁烷、重复利用吸附剂提供了参考。 2,2-dimethylbutane is not only a harmful volatile organic compound,but also an important additive,which has economic value of recycling.Based on the static adsorption test device,M-13 X molecular sieve was used to adsorb 2,2-dimethylbutane.The best way to recover 2,2-dimethylbutane is alcohol Washing+Drying.Based on the adsorption effect and durabilityof regenerated adsorbent,the influence of alcohol Washing+Drying on adsorbent was studied,which provided a reference for recycling 2,2-dimethylbutane and reusing adsorbent.
