摘要
目的:回顾性分析糖尿病肾病胃轻瘫患者应用中西医结合治疗联合护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2020年4月~2022年3月收治住院的246例糖尿病肾病胃轻瘫患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗联合常规护理,观察组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片、电针、中药封包治疗结合方案,联合护理干预措施。对比两组患者的胃排空时间、临床疗效和生活质量的变化。结果:干预前两组胃排空时间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组胃排空时间均有缩短,但观察组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病胃轻瘫患者应用中西医结合治疗联合护理干预,可以尽快改善患者胃排空时间,提高临床治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with nursing intervention in diabetic nephropathy patients with gastroparesis.Methods:A total of 246 patients with diabetic nephropathy and gastroparesis from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with moxapride citrate tablet combined with conventional nursing nursing,while the observation group was treated with moxapride citrate tablets,electroacupuncture,Chinese medicine package combined with nursing interventions.The gastric emptying time,clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in gastric empting time between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the gastric emptying time in both groups was shortened,but the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment combined with nursing intervention in diabetic nephropathy patients with gastroparesis can improve the gastric emptying time as soon as possible,improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
