摘要
目的:比较不同剂量的百药煎联合西药治疗幽门螺旋杆菌的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2019年8月至2020年12月收治的幽门螺旋杆菌感染阳性患者90例,随机分为治疗组A、治疗组B和对照组,一般资料无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对照组采用泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊和克拉霉素片联用方案,治疗组A在对照组治疗基础上联合百药煎3g/d治疗,治疗组B在对照组治疗基础上去掉克拉霉素片,联合百药煎6g/d治疗。三组疗程均为14d。比较三组治疗后幽门螺旋杆菌根治率,治疗前后胃泌素和胃动素水平、中医症状评分。结果:三组患者幽门螺旋杆菌根除率比较治疗组A根除率为96.7%,治疗组B根除率为73.3%,对照组根除率为83%。治疗后,三组5项症状及总积分与治疗前相比,组内均有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组A的5项症状与其余两组相比,治疗后数据有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组B治疗后的胃脘饱胀、嗳气、纳差积分略优于对照组,但并无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:百药煎联合三联疗法可有效提高幽门螺旋杆菌根除率,同时可有效改善中医症状。
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of using Baiyao Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(HP).Methods:A total of 90 patients with positive helicobacter pylori infection admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group A,an observation group B and a controlled group,with no statistical difference in general data(P>0.05).The controlled group was treated with Pantoprazole Enteric-soluble Capsule,Amoxicillin Capsule and Clarithromycin Tablet.The observation group A was treated with Baiyao Decoction 3 g/d on the basis of the controlled group.The observation group B was additionally treated with Clarithromycin Tablets and Baiyao Decoction 6 g/d.The treatment course of all three groups was 14 days.The radical rate of HP after treatment,gastric secrete element and motilin levels before and after treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were compared among the three groups.Results:The eradication rate of HP in the three groups was 96.7%in the observation group A,73.3%in the observation group B and 83%in the controlled group.After treatment,there were significant differences in 5 symptoms and total score among the three groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The 5 symptoms of the observation group A were statistically different from the other two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of epigastric fullness,belching and difference of appetite in the observation group B after treatment were slightly better than those in the controlled group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Baiyao Decoction combined with triple therapy can effectively improve the eradication rate of HP and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
