摘要
三焦—膜腠是气、液流行的通道,通达上下内外,联系五脏六腑,其结构与人体管道系统、膜系统、间质系统存在相似性。此次新型冠状病毒肺炎以各脏腑的间质组织病变为特征,出现多系统损害,属于中医“疫病”的范畴;其主要病机为外感寒湿疫毒之邪,阻遏三焦—膜腠,从而导致气机升降、津液布散失司。本文基于“三焦—膜腠”系统,探讨中医对新型冠状病毒肺炎认识,为指导临床辨证治疗提供理论思路。
Sanjiao-Membrane system is a popular channel for Qi and liquid,which can reach up,down and inside and outside,and connect the five-Zang and six-Fu organs.Its structure is similar to human pipeline system,membrane system and interstitial system.The new coronavirus pneumonia is characterized by interstitial tissue lesions of various organs,with multiple system damage,which belongs to the category of“epidemic disease”in TCM.Its main pathogenesis is the evil of exogenous cold dampness epidemic virus,which inhibits the triple energizer membrane,resulting in the rise and fall of Qi and the loss of body fluid.Based on the system of“triple warmer membrane”,this paper discusses the knowledge of the new coronavirus pneumonia in TCM,and provides a theoretical train of thought for guiding clinical dialectical treatment.
