摘要
目的:分析应用助黄汤加减治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰患者的临床价值。方法:收集本院2019年11月~2020年12月收治的72例卵巢早衰患者的临床资料。按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=34,西药治疗)与研究组(n=38,助黄汤加减治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、性激素水平[卵泡刺激素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E_(2))]、血清抗苗勒管激素(Anti Mullerian hormone,AMH)、抑制素B水平(Inhibin B,INHB)水平及不良反应率。结果:研究组总有效率为94.74%,显著高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组月经异常、腰漆酸软、畏寒肢冷、性欲减退、阴道干涩、五心烦躁积分及FSH、LH水平较治疗前下降,E_(2)及AMH、INHB水平均较治疗前上升,且研究组上升/下降程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组、对照组治疗后不良反应总发生率分别为7.89%、17.65%,比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用助黄汤加减治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰患者效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,调节其性激素水平并提高卵巢功能,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Zhuhuang Decoction treatment for patients with kidney-asthenia and liver depression type premature ovarian failure.Methods:The clinical data of 72 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to this hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were collected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a controlled group(n=34,western medicine treatment)and a study group(n=38,Zhuhuang Decoction).The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone levels[Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),Luteinizing hormone(LH),Estradiol(E_(2))],Anti Mullerian hormone(AMH),Inhibin B(INHB)levels and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than the 76.47%of the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores in abnormal menstruation,waist and knees soreness,chilly sensation and the cold limbs,hypaphrodisia,vaginal dryness,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles and FSH and LH levels decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels of E_(2),AMH and INHB increased compared with those before treatment,and increasing/decreasing in the study group was better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the study group and in the controlled group were 7.89%and 17.65%,respectively,and there was no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhuhuang Decoction are effective in the treatment of patients with kidney-asthenia and liver depression type premature ovarian failure,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate their sex hormone levels and improve ovarian function,and has high safety.
